Used for hold notices/release notices etc.	CITPlants-Notices@apha.gov.uk	6am-midnight, 365 days a year. 3-day SLA, some queries will be prioritised based on trade requirements.
For emailing out notices to trades as well as receiving replies, also used for linking emails through to the Virtual Case File.	CITPlants-Notices@apha.gov.uk	Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm 5 working days, excluding weekends.
