FPC members are urged to complete the Defra survey to understand trader readiness for the forthcoming EU import requirements from 31st Jan and 30th April 2024.
Considerable concern has been raised that EU partners may not have the capacity for phyto issue, that the Sevington BCP is not open, the Common User Charges have not be confirmed and there is no clarity on the final High, Medium or Low classifications.
